These terms apply when you use dadswoodengarage.com or order from us. The site is run by Dad’s Wooden Garage, LLC in Ada, Oklahoma. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Refund and Return Policy and our Privacy Policy.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have a parent or guardian place it for you. We sell and ship within the lower 48 states and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or other countries. Local pickup is available in Ada, Oklahoma.

Orders and personalization

Our products are made to order using the details you give us at checkout. Please check every name, date, spelling, color and design choice before you order. We make your item as you entered it.

We may decline or cancel an order, including if a price or product listing was wrong, we cannot make the item, or a request is offensive or unlawful. If we do, we will refund what you paid in full.

Photos and files you send us

Some products let you upload a photo or other file. By uploading it, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that making it into a product will not violate anyone’s rights. You keep ownership of your file.

We use your file to make your order. We also reserve the right to keep using uploaded images and artwork after your order is finished, at no charge, including showing photos of the finished product on our website and social media. These photos may show the name on the item, but nothing else that identifies you. This does not apply to photos of real people, which we use only to make your order.

Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax and shipping are added at checkout where they apply. We accept credit and debit cards and PayPal, and payment is due when you place your order.

Production and shipping

Our products are made to order. Our current processing time is shown in a status bar on the cart and checkout pages. It tells you how long we expect to need before your order ships, and we update it as often as needed. The time shown when you place your order applies to that order. Delivery time depends on the carrier and is added to the processing time.

If we cannot ship within the time shown when you ordered, we will let you know and give you the choice to wait or cancel for a full refund. Please give us a correct shipping address.

We are responsible for your order until we hand it to the shipping company. After that, the risk of damage, loss or theft passes to you, and we will help you file a claim with the carrier. For local pickup, the risk passes to you when you pick up your order.

Returns and refunds

Our products are made to order, so all sales are final except as described in our Refund and Return Policy. Problems must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Orders cannot be cancelled without our approval.

Your account and use of the site

If you create an account, please keep your login private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Please do not use the site to break the law, interfere with how it works, or collect data from it with automated tools.

Our content and other people’s rights

Our original designs, photos and text belong to Dad’s Wooden Garage, LLC. Please do not copy them without our permission.

Names, characters and brands that appear on this site belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those owners. If you believe something on our site violates your rights, email us and we will review it promptly.

Warranties

Except as stated in our Refund and Return Policy, and to the extent the law allows, we provide our site and products as is, without other warranties.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.

Governing law and disputes

If something goes wrong, please contact us first so we can try to fix it. These terms are governed by Oklahoma law. Any court case must be brought in Pontotoc County, Oklahoma, unless the law of your state gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms posted when you placed your order apply to that order.
