Refund/ Return Policy

All sales are final.

This policy may be updated at any time without notice.

If an order is cancelled at no fault of Dad’s Wooden Garage, a refund will be issued MINUS the processing fee.

If an order has begun production, it cannot be cancelled.

Any order that is damaged in shipping must be claimed within 24 hours of delivery. Damage claims after 24 hours of delivery will be honored at our sole discretion.
